The House

The property is located in the village of Fanadia. This quiet village is not big, but you will find at 500m from the house a restaurant and a café, where you can also buy fresh bread except on Mondays. The house is located 6 km from the charming town of Caldas da Rainha, where both culture lovers and shoppers can enjoy their stay. You will also find an extensive range of restaurants and pubs and a cozy market every morning on the Praça da República.
The living area
The house has 100 m2 living area and is divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with washbasin, 2 showers & toilets and a living room connected to an open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with 4-burner gas stove, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, mixer and more than enough kitchen utensils. In the kitchen you will also find a washing machine. There is central heating in every room.
Sleeping rooms and Bathrooms
The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and connecting bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third bedroom is equipped with bunk bed and 1 single bed and offers sleeping places for 3 people. The second bathroom is equipped with sink, shower and toilet. 4 Extra Bedrooms
Just behind the swimming pool and the petanque court and in front of the forest, three modern modular units has been built with a magnificent view of the nature reserve. These units have electricity, lighting and can be completely darkened. Because of the cool nights it is always pleasant to sleep. The 2 most largest units have a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. The other unit has two singled beds, cardrobe. All units have access to a terrace with 6 lounge chairs. There is a outside bathroom nearby with shower and toilet. There is also an outside shower.
